The Sixers said the No. 1 overall pick in the 2017 draft has scapular muscle imbalance. He will be re-evaluated in there weeks as he works to recover from a shoulder injury.

The team said Fultz saw multiple shoulder specialist, including Dr. Fultz will be re-evaluated by Dr. Kleber in three weeks, making his earliest possible return date November 20 against the Utah Jazz. The 76ers had announced last week that Fultz would miss three games. A report by ESPN has just relayed the news that Fultz is out indefinitely with his shoulder injury.

The report also stated that Fultz had to have a cortisone shot in his shoulder back on October 5, suggesting the problem has been there for a while. Philadelphia 76ers guard and first-overall draft pick Markelle Fultz has been having shoulder problems.

Through four games as a Sixer, Fultz is averaging six points in 19 minutes per game. With Ben Simmons looking stellar with his early season play, maybe the 76ers can whether this latest injury bug and Fultz could return to provide a spark to the 76er's offense.
