Marvel have unveiled a first look at their upcoming Marvel's Inhumans via a new cast photo and teaser video.

The clip features no footage, but instead has a voice-over playing while the title card slowly appears. The male voice in the clip appears to be that of Iwan Rheon (Game of Thrones), who plays Black Bolt's brother Maximus.

Maybe Inhumans will look better once we see the big-screen IMAX premiere on September 1, followed by the ABC TV premiere a few weeks later.

Despite tying in with Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and the wider Marvel universe, The Inhumans is a standalone story about a power struggle between two brothers. The eight-episode first season will premiere on ABC later this fall. The series also stars Serinda Swan as Medusa, Ken Leung as Karnak, Eme Ikwuakor as Gorgon, and Mike Moh as Triton. But the Inhumans TV series will expand the scope of the MCU by introducing the royal family and the capital city Attilan, which is definitely not located on Earth!

Marvel's Inhumans is executive produced by Scott Buck (Dexter, Marvel's Iron Fist) along with Jeph Loeb (Marvel's Daredevil, Marvel's Jessica Jones, Marvel's Luke Cage) and Jim Chory (Marvel's Daredevil, Marvel's Jessica Jones, Marvel's Luke Cage), with Buck serving as showrunner. Her dress is supposed to be that of a kind of royal queen, conservative but sexy - not a plain lavender gown that looks as stiff and unmoving as her hair. We can definitely see how hard that may be for those around him.

It remains to be seen which United Kingdom broadcaster will pick this up, but we'll let you know if/when we hear anything.
