Mel B's ex-nanny, Lorraine Gilles, recently filed a defamation suit against the Spice Girls member.
Gilles claims Mel B told lies about her in the divorce case against Stephen Belafonte.
According to TMZ, Belafonte hired Lorraine Gilles as their nanny and then convinced both her and Mel B to engage in 3-ways over a period of seven years.
According to all parties involved, Mel and Belafonte regularly engaged in threesomes with Gilles, and there are rumors that she appears in the couple's sex tape, which is now in Stephen's possession.
In court papers, Mel B claimed she was the victim of "multiple physical beatings" at the hands of Belafonte and that he had threatened to "destroy" her career by releasing sex tapes of her.More news: Supply ship named for John Glenn arrives at space station
There are numerous exhibits and pictures in the lawsuit which Gilles believe will convince a jury all Mel B's allegations against her are lies.
The lawsuit reads: "When read in its totality, Brown's declaration portrays Gilles as a home-wrecker, prostitute and extortionist, maliciously describing Gilles as being impudent, unscrupulous and exploitative".
MEL B emerges smiling from a lunch with friends, apparently unfazed by claims she seduced the nanny at the centre of her divorce storm. "Brown terminated Gilles before the items were placed in storage".
Belafonte continued to pay Gilles even after Brown fired her permanently, Brown claimed.
The judge also ruled that Mel's restraining order against Stephen will remain in place until the end of the former couple's divorce battle.More news: Two more defendants charged in female genital mutilation case
'Mother Teresa does not marry Atila the Hun, ' she said. In one, Mel B is kissing Gilles on the cheek.
Gilles also refutes Mel's contention that sex tapes exist that were used to assert power over her, stating she is in possession of no such tapes, but acknowledging they exist - and were filmed by Mel, whom she paints as a willing participant.
Mr Bakman said he has "devastating" allegations about Belafonte, including that he choked Brown and hit her in the face.
In her legal documents, Lorraine also denied Mel's claims she had been pregnant with Stephen's baby, insisting the "Mama" singer had helped her get an abortion after she conceived following a one-night stand.
Gilles, now 26, claims she was just 18 when Brown and Belafonte plied her with booze and cajoled her into sex after they first met at a Hollywood bar in 2009.More news: 'The Fate of the Furious' laps new films at box office
