Super Bowl star White gets truck from talk show host

Brady got the award two years ago but gave the truck straight to cornerback Malcolm Butler, who made the game-saving interception of Russell Wilson to capture the title.

Last week O'Brien had Brady and other Patriots play video games in the Super Bowl edition of his popular segment "Clueless Gamer."

White, who had 139 yards from scrimmage and scored three touchdowns along with a two-point conversion, remained humble about not getting the award. But had there been a vehicle giveaway, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady - the man who won Super Bowl MVP honors - said he would've paid his gift forward. "We kept going to him, that speaks for itself". This time his number one weapon was a little known running back named James White and some believe White should of been the MVP.

"I wouldn't get 14 catches if he wasn't throwing me the ball", said White. "So he's more than well-deserving of that award".

That's okay for White, however, because late-night talk show host Conan O'Brien came through in the clutch and surprised White with a brand new Ford 150, the official truck of Super Bowl LI. "He's our leader, he's the reason we fought back into that game".
